When you send an application or a collaboration request, we receive the details you type into the form — your name, email and anything else you choose to share. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

Only to read and reply to your message, and to keep track of conversations inside DRACON. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored in our secured backend and can only be read by DRACON members with the right access. Access is limited to the people who handle applications and collaborations.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Write to us and we will correct or remove your details. If you would rather not use a form, you can contact us directly instead.
